REFERRAL TERMS & COMMISSION FEES
- Pre-launch listing special: No vessel listing fees for first year
- CharterYachts.com.au will upload all yacht information from the client website to their website.
- The client agrees that Charter Yachts enquirers will receive the best rate the client has on offer, and that Charter Yachts will not be undercut if the client is approached directly, and the vessels availability will not be withheld.
- Listing details are editable at CharterYachts' absolute discretion. Information leading the CharterYachts customer direct to the client is not in the spirit of this agreement.
REFERRAL TERMS & COMMISSION FEES
- Charter Yachts will refer yacht charter enquiries to the client.
- The referred customers details remain the property of CharterYachts.
- The client agrees to pay CharterYachts a Referral Fee of 10% of the full charter amount paid to the client, without prejdudice for a change in vessel, booking date, or duration.
- Referral fee is payable once the charter has returned.
- All terms and conditions are subject to change with notification by CharterYachts.
