What is a Skippered or Sailguide Charter?

If you're exited about the idea of a day on a yacht your special event, charter your own vessel with a

• Skipper if you prefer to sit back relax and enjoy your day and have a skipper does the work; or a
• Sailguide while you navigate and sail the boat yourself and have the confidence that there is a watchful eye onboard, we have a package for you!

Recommended Destinations:

• Peel Island/Horseshoe Bay and North Stradbroke are great destinations, and sailing routes. Peel Island has a great anchorage, and protected areas to swim and a lovely remote white sandy beach. Reachable in approx 2.5 hours, it allows for a comfortable lunch aboard the vessel or picnic on the beach.
• Tangalooma wrecks (Moreton Island) is 20nmi (35km) approx 3.5 hr sail each way, and is a great snorkelling destination - it is achievable to reach in a day, but is a full days sailing. Tangalooma is also unprotected in a northerly or westerly wind, and is only sailable 50% of days - surcharge may apply to Tangalooma
• Brisbane River - Brisbane City is approx 20 nautical miles (35km) from Manly Harbour, and is approx 3.5 hours sailing/motoring - please enquire for a special quote for Brisbane River sailing/cruising

What does it cost?
The larger your group and the longer you spend on the water, the less it costs per person! From as little as $75/person, you can have a great day out on Moreton Bay!  Vessels range from small to large, and basic to ultra luxury:
